He took much valuable time to follow up with Carlos throughout all of last year! Funny thing is.. we visited this store due to their positive Google reviews and decided to buy because Carlos seemed like a straight up, honest guy. We were very wrong! They messed our stairs up and have taken no accountability, despite evidence showing that they cut our stair treads shorter than prior to install and shorter than what is required by building code. I feel like an idiot walking up/down my stairs and I’m only a size 8 shoe. I would absolutely not recommend Flooring Atlanta. Shame on you for selling something your contractors are unable to do successfully and then not holding them accountable. You may save money here in short term but you’ll end up spending more fixing their mistakes.
