I’ve been a Cool Air customer for 13 years, and they continue to impress! They recently installed a new HVAC system in my home, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Every employee—technicians, sales staff, and installers—was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Thank you, Cool Air!

I have a warranty with you guys, I just had a free warranted service a little more than a month ago to get my system ready for the winter, just to cut on the heat a week ago and It doesn't work. You guys came out and charged me $175 for something that should've been taken care of the day of my free warranted service. I'm not understanding 😕 😔

I was stoked to get their representative to meet up with me. After a short assessment, he stated that my unit needed to be replaced. I had another three companies drop by with the same results. The last guy I called, stated, $75.00 for the first visit and that he most likely could repair the unit. That he did. He cleaned my condenser coil, inspected/ tested all condensers and compressor relay, still only charged me $75.00. I paid him $150.00. What a difference from $8K +.
Now why couldn't you do that?

I'm re-writing my review, because I forgot to include all the incredible people who worked on our project. Sean, at Costco, talked to me about our project and all the issues we were having with our HVAC. He took a lot of time to listen and reassure that Cool Air could handle the project. He got us on the schedule for a consultation with Kennie (comfort advisor). Kennie was fantastic. He assessed the whole house, all the issues we had with our current system, ways we could improve it and what the options were. We felt confident to move forward with the project. It was a full install plus repair/moving existing duct work. They addressed all the air flow issues, issues with the unit, issues with the thermostats, issues with inconsistent temps in different rooms. Elio and his teams worked for hours, they were super respectful and professional. I work 100% from home, and they moved about without feeling intrusive or overly loud. They cleaned up after any messes and didn't cause excessive messes. They checked to verify that things were done the way we were hoping/expecting from what we spoke with Kennie about. It was an extremely painless process. The system works AMAZING! We're all getting better sleep and the unit isn't waking up my daughters when it turns on. I can't believe the difference on the first night. Kennie called the next day to see how the first night went. He's going to call after Thanksgiving too, because I had told him our old unit would freeze lines when too many people were coming in and out of the house when hosting for gatherings. I have no doubt he'll call and check in. Can't wait to see our electric bill go down too! What a great team and experience!

Think twice before you go with these folks. Prior homeowner had Cool Air install a Lennox HVAC system. Our system went down one day spring 2025, and Cool Air said we needed a $1300 pressure switch and the part would take some time to arrive. I do appreciate that they let us borrow portable heaters during wait. Took 3 weeks to get the install, and me repeatedly calling them after they said they would update me but did not. I feel like they forgot about us. The tech commented on bad quality wiring, and asked who installed our system. I said your company, Cool Air!
Flash forward fall 2025, my zoning goes down, and I call Bardi because I'm not trusting Cool Air again. They come to fix the zoning and say that the dampers installed were basic ones that only open or close, rather than partially open, which is supposed to be the ones that are installed with this "high end" Lennox S40 system. I could go on about Cool Air having a completely unknowledgeable tech come two years ago and told us to buy a Lennox thermostat that the 2nd tech couldn't install because it was the wrong one for that zone. Had to buy a different one. Go with this company at your own risk. Cool Air is one of the many HVAC companies owned by mega corps that have been taking over HVAC companies across America. There are still several family owned local companies in Metro Atlanta for you to choose from that will do better.
