  I hired Cic Floors to install Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout my entire second floor — three bedrooms, all closets, and the hallway — and the results are absolutely exceptional. From day one, everything was handled with complete professionalism. The quote was clear, detailed, and fair, with no surprises. The team showed up on the scheduled date , worked efficiently, and treated my home with the utmost respect. What truly sets Cic Floors apart is their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The planks are perfectly aligned, the cuts are precise, and the transitions are seamless. Even the closets were finished with the same level of care as the main rooms.   The context provided by CIC Floors is 100% FALSE. In less than 6 months, the work CIC Floors did was falling apart. As shown in the photos. CIC Floors said the horrible job was because we had a large gathering. That is the exact lack of ownership and responsibility CIC Floors displays towards customers. CIC Floors is a floor company that cannot do floors. Poor quality, poor installation. I would NOT recommend CIC Floors for any home projects. It's a total disappointment and malpractice. CIC Floors did a horrible job with our floors and poor management as the GC on the overall project itself. To be a floor company, this was a very poor job and completely disappointing. Every time I look at my floors, it is totally disappointing. The floors are cracking and lifting almost everywhere throughout the house. We've contacted them 3 times with 3 different claims about these floors and there is never a valid solution. They refuse to take responsibility for the poor quality of job done. The hassle of dealing with CIC Floors and insurance is just painful for a customer. As for the overall project, things were installed sloppily, CIC was not good listeners at all. CIC charged us for their mistakes. This was just a horrible experience overall for us after spending a ton of money with CIC. I would NOT recommend CIC Floors for any project.

  Very pleased with the carpet installation. Cesar is knowledgeable and did a great job with the Berber carpet installation. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending CIC Floors. And their prices are reasonable too.
