He agreed that CO was prob present. But neither men had a device to prove it. I told him I was only getting qoutes. Jimmy said ok, call me after you get the others and I will return. He would Not quote me. I feel that if you can beat other HVAC unit quotes, give me best upfront. I got a CO pro to test, and no CO present. The housecalls were Free. I called to cancel my Bardi membership shortly after that.

The plumber, Jordan, arrived and took care of the issue quickly and thoroughly. I submitted the questionnaire online and within minutes received a follow up call! Shortly after that, I received a scheduling call and within less than a couple of hours the Tech (Allen) was at our doorstep. Allen was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered other services provided by his company but we were not in need of those. My EV Charger was installed the same day and I was very pleased with my overall experience with choosing this company.
- DCDavid CuiDec 30, 20253.0I’m giving three stars primarily because the price was very high. The stars I did give are largely due to the technician and the quality of his work. On the morning of December 26, I discovered a pool of water in my laundry room and realized my water heater was leaking. I contacted Bardi Heating and Cooling based on their positive reviews. The customer service representative was very polite and quickly scheduled a technician. About 10 minutes later, she called back to let me know the technician was already on the way. Roughly 30 minutes later, the technician, Connor Jensen, arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After inspecting the water heater, he explained that it needed to be replaced and provided two options: • Bardi would supply the water heater and installation with a 10-year warranty for approximately $3,700, or • I could purchase the water heater myself, and Bardi would install it for about $2,000. I chose the second option. The final cost was $667 for the water heater and $2,005.82 for installation, totaling $2,672.82. After the installation, I contacted several other companies and was quoted around $850 for installation only, less than half of what Bardi charged. Connor Jensen did an excellent job and completed the entire installation on his own. Based on his work alone, I would give five stars. If Bardi’s installation pricing were more competitive, my overall rating would be much higher.
