I've been a FOB for 8 years. Thursday April 16, 2026 they sent Caleb. To maintenance check on my air unit. He broke my storm screen door going into basement. He claims it was broke when he got there. I can't get into basement because door will not open. Now how did he get in there before Nd I can't get on now. BARDI will not take responsibility for it. Will not replace door. They said they will send me part of my money back. That will not replace my door. A new one at home depot costs $170. The technician lied. Don't trust them anymore after 8 years.

4/14/2026 / Today I was fortunate to meet Plumbing Sales Specialist - Nick Nelson. He was at my neighbor's townhouse as units in our development have been diagnosed with tree root issues in the drains leading out from their houses.
After Nick met with my neighbor, he was patient enough to not only meet with me but complete a camera inspection of my outside drain line. This was offered as a free service!
He was never pushy and was completely educational on what options I should consider after he located minimum root exposure in my line.
He completed this even after I showed him a letter from a competitor who was doing root repairs in our complex.
I salute Nick for his patience, knowledge and pleasant demeanor!
Thanks again Nick!
Bardi is lucky to have you as an employee!

I woke up Sunday in a great mood, ready to clean my house since I was having a surgery that Wednesday. I heard a weird sound coming from the vent and told my husband. He said it sound like it was going out. System is old and probably the same one that’s been in the house since it was built. We service it every year and the service professional told us it was time to get a new one. I began to panic because I couldn’t buy a new system and pay for my surgery. After calming a bit I started investing and found Bardi. I went ahead and scheduled an inspection. Although it was Sunday and Easter Sunday at that. I truly didn’t think they’d make the appointment with us. I was wrong! They did, first person that can was Blake, he did a full inspection, shared his findings. Blake was very polite, professional, and personal. Then Nima came, Nima explained more about our system and the systems they had available… talk about a great guy! Very likable and good at what he does. Since I’ve been in sales I typically shy away from sales people, especially ones that try to “sell” you. Nima got us set up with a financing plan and our new system was installed the next day!! Not even 24 hours from when I scheduled the appointment! The installers were great as well! 10/10 for Bardi AND 15/10 for Blake, Nima, Andy and Joshua!!!

Recently had work done by Bardi, and the experience was nothing short of infuriating. We originally had a trusted plumber quote us $300 to fix a minor leak—nothing major, just something that needed attention, especially since we’re in the middle of selling our home and hosting showings. Unfortunately, our regular technician was unavailable for two weeks(Very Busy Season), so we reluctantly decided to call Bardi again, despite already noticing in the past that their prices had gone up while the quality of their work had gone down.
That decision turned out to be a huge mistake.
They came in and quoted us $900 for the same simple leak repair—already an outrageous jump—and then tried to upsell us an additional $1,900 to “service” a brand new water heater, claiming it might fix the issue. That uncertainty alone should have been a red flag. The plumber completed the job in about an hour and a half, and while the leak initially seemed resolved, what he left behind was completely unacceptable.
The shower was essentially damaged in the process. The middle knob barely turns, causing water to continue running improperly, and the cold water handle is now loose, turning the wrong direction and on the verge of falling off entirely. It’s obvious the handles were tampered with or loosened under the excuse that our pipes are “old.”
When we called them back to address the problems they created, they sent another plumber—who then had the audacity to quote us $3,000 to fix these new issues.
This isn’t just poor service—it feels like a deliberate attempt to create more problems in order to charge more money. The lack of accountability, the inflated pricing, and the careless workmanship are beyond frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company.

Bardi Flooded our Home.
The cause of our house flooding was an amateur attempt by Bardi’s plumber to cap a water supply line with a RUBBER washer. Even to a non-plumber, this did not make good sense.
Yes, the RUBBER washer held the water back for a handful of hours. Yet normal water pressure forced it out around 2AM the next morning causing water to shoot out of it like a garden hose in the middle of the kitchen. The first-floor kitchen and den were immediately flooded. Then, the water leaked through the tile floor and wall into the basement. This caused the sheetrock in the basement kitchen ceiling to fall and flood most of the basement.
I heard the noise from my upstairs bedroom and ran downstairs. I was horrified to see my house flooding. I immediately turned off the whole house water valve and my wife and I used towels, carpet vac and shop vac to remove as much water as possible. The next morning, I called a second plumbing company to cap the supply line correctly. (Why would I risk Bardi doing this to me again?) They “sweated in” a proper repair. I then spoke to Bardi about the flooding. Realizing their mistake, they sent a remediation company out that night to set up equipment to dry out the house.
Bardi’s GM and plumbing manager came to my home the following Monday to review the damage. They said they would ‘make everything right’. They made NOTHING right and I was forced to make a claim on my homeowner’s insurance in order to restore my home. Bardi lied to my face and has not paid one red cent!
With the basement ceiling now missing, I took this opportunity to have additional plumbing maintenance work done on the upstairs kitchen drain that is located in the ceiling between the two floors. Since the flooding occurred on Friday, this work was not done until the following Monday, clearly there is no connection to the flooding caused by Bardi. Bardi personnel even met the other plumber on Monday and had no questions for him. I had no reason for Bardi not to see the work as Bardi’s flooding was not related to this maintenance. I’m transparent.
Then, Bardi’s GM returned to our home within an hour of his first visit to request the fitting that is the evidence of his plumber’s devastating repair attempt. I declined his request for him to take possession of the evidence of his employee’s work that caused the home’s flooding.
And that’s it. Bardi has done nothing since then.
Key Takeaways
Bardi has the gall to assert the flooding was caused by the second plumber I called to fix the problem. No reasonable person would have called Bardi back to their home after this mess happened. This is an attempt by Bardi to “blame the customer” as is their custom.
Yes, Bardi called a water mitigation company early on—but then stuck us with the $15k bill.
The State of Georgia requires a barrier-to-entry for plumbers, aka a license. I even questioned this inept plumber as to whether his ‘fix’ would stop the water “a long, long, long, time.” He said it would. He was very wrong.
Bardi’s CEO is a second-generation owner. Second-gen businesses often fail because the new management lacks the commitment of the founder, and/or has lesser education. Is this why Bardi’s focus is on selling “memberships”?
Evidence of failure: On a “Business” website, Bardi’s ratings plummeted from 4.79 in 2023 to 1.66 in 2025. In 2023, all of Bardi’s 43 ratings were “5's” except for 2. But in 2025, all the ratings were “1's” with one exception.
BOTTOM LINE: They have no morals or integrity, they don’t keep their word, their hiring practices are pitiful, and their work quality is abysmal.
Want your house flooded? Call Bardi.
