  He was hired by my neighbor to look at a corner survey marker that was in dispute. Came out here and went straight to the marker that the neighbor wanted him to say was the right marker. Don't trust this company to do the right thing!

  Very unprofessional, hard to get ahold of and did not follow up in a timely manner after leaving messages with office. Initially hired for a quick, easy job on a residential lot, was completed and the "employee" was compensated immediately on site by check. Fast forward several months later, we had to have the lot revisited/ marked for better clarification (which should have been done the first time). Took well over a week to get a response. When he did he asked "Do you intend to pay me or expect it to be free" Told him I had no issue compensating him for his time, in a fair manner. He states ok, i'll be in touch. 3 Days later I get a call at work stating "I'm at the lot now" with no heads up notice. I rush to get there and he wanted me to pay the exact amount I paid for the entire job the first time..upfront! re-talked price, agreed, told him he would have to mail me an invoice due to his lack of notice I was unprepared to pay on the spot. "You cant go get your check book" - No! I had to step out of work to meet you unannounced - . Additionally I received 4 of the same Invoices total from you within a week when a check was mailed to you the very next day. You sir, are a real piece of work. Warm Regards

  Doesn’t show up at appointments. Doesn’t start the job when he says he will. Harasses you for payment immediately after his work. Does not record surveys!
