  The spring on my garage door busted and I called VMT Doors on Thursday to have them come and assess the fix. They had Phillip come out on Friday and not only did he assess the problem, he was able to fix the problem on the spot. It started with scheduling followed by a phone call to confirm his arrival time and ended with pure professionalism and expertise to get the job finished. I would highly recommend Phillip and VMT Doors for all your garage door needs. I will be sharing their info to everyone I know who ever needs their services. They checked every box for customer service, promptness, professionalism and pricing! Thank you again Phillip for your dedication to your job.

  Called VMT/Bessers and they came out a couple days later. Tech named Phillip came and quoted me everything I wanted at a good reasonable price. Phillip is a great guy who I would gladly deal with every time. Got everything handled and scheduled. Looking forward to the replacement in a couple weeks.

  Darick V was exceptional. He and his assistant worked hand in hand in such synchrony. Darick believes in communication and professionalism. He has great skills for with communication , being personable and shows great pride in the work he performs. A true asset to your team .

  Daniel was great! He arrived on time and answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain his diagnosis of my issue. Could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company - ask for Daniel!!

  I had an amazing experience with VMT Garage Doors! I accidentally backed into my garage door and completely destroyed it, and I was honestly panicking. VMT had someone at my house in less than an hour, which was incredibly impressive. When Daniel arrived, I received a text with his photo letting me know he was on the way. As a woman having a stranger come to my home, that level of communication made me feel much safer and more comfortable. Daniel was fantastic. He quickly repaired the door so I could get my car out, and then returned less than 24 hours later to install a brand new garage door. He went above and beyond by removing all the magnets from my old door and placing them on the new one, and even helped make sure everything was connected to my smart home apps. He truly made the whole process easy and stress-free. I was really upset with myself for rushing and backing into the door, but Daniel was kind, professional, and reassuring the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Daniel and VMT Garage Doors to anyone who needs garage door repair or installation. Fast response, great communication, and excellent service!
