  The team that installed our new HVAC systems--Justin, Jovanny, David, and Tim, did an excellent job and got both systems installed in six hours. I was very pleased with how they explained everything and cleaned up after themselves as well. Bravo!

  The technician was very proficient executing the work. I hate feeling that I was taken advantage of after getting work done. But that's how I feel this time. The tech told me that the toilet had a clog located in the toilet itself and that it would cost $719 to clear it. I was fine with that but then he told me that he could replace the toilet with a new and better Kohler toilet for $750. That seemed like a deal worth paying extra for and we agreed to it. Turns out they replaced the toilet with a they very cheap toilet (the least expensive Kohler in Home Depot) and then told me that the fact that it was elongated and slightly higher made it a better toilet. Never mind the fact that I already had an elongated toilet. Turns out I paid $750 for a slightly higher toiled. That makes for a labor rate of around $500 for an hours work because I'm sure that had they actually provided a better toilet, the cost would still have been $750. I could have done that myself for around $200. The tech did however, replace the flange. That was $250 and I'm ok with that. I put it in the case of "fool me once...)

  I was so impressed by the service I received today and Johnny knew so much. It learnt a lot today. Fast friendly and got me up and running. Clark’s is a awesome company.Highly recommend.
