It was a simple issue so they didn't have to spend much time here. Carson was quiet, but nice and he did 😃. He was helpful in using his thermometer.

Not good timing -because night temps dropping below freezing- and my father is in hospice at my house. This morning, I called ACS- dispatcher took my information and told me there would be a service tech at my house by this afternoon. At 2:30, I got a text from Nick Griffin-ACS service technician, and he said he was on his way. He got to my house around 3:00pm, and asked me a few questions, then he started working on my heat pump. Around 4:00 pm, he had diagnosed the problem, fixed my heat pump, emailed my invoice, and I paid. Nick-as well as the dispatcher- were both very professional and helpful.
