  Unfair practices. They tried to sale the home for a price higher than the listing price. When visiting, if you are into details you will notice that it was not built with care. If you are gonna charge DRB prices you need to have DRB quality.

  From start to finish Alisha and the entire team has been more than accommodating, professional, and dedicated to the home buying process. My children and I very thankful to be a homeowner with Starlight homes. I highly recommend if anyone is even thinking of buying a home to go and check out this wonderful neighborhood and meet the dedicated, friendly staff.

  Stopped by this development after touring a few before this. My client is already pre-approved and ready to move in 30 days or less. We arrived at the model home at 5:20. The door was locked so we waited. Someone approached the door on the phone and looked at us through the locked door like we came to their home unannounced . Kenya opened the door and immediately said I was about to lock up.(We called prior to and was told the office is open until 6pm). So we walked in, and Kenya asked us 52 questions before we were even offered a seat or to come in fully from the doorway. After answering her questions, she went back into her office and closed the door. At this point, me and my client are confused and annoyed by her bad attitude & disposition. We decide to take some of the other site agents cards and leave. She met us at a side door and stated “I said I was getting paper work. That’s why I went into my office. Come inside so I can register you” I responded saying we will go with Shantia instead. Her response was “Well I am here and it wouldn’t be fair to give a sale to someone not here, plus she’s out of town for a whole week”… my client said please can we leave, this is not a pleasant experience. Talk about literally pushing us out the door due to her attitude. I am very familiar with this builder and I try to always put them on my list to visit due to their incentives with my clients. If this is who you have representing, I dare not come back. I will stick with other builders.

  Shantia and Matthew were awesome and very thorough communicating with me throughout the process. The builder was very nice and provided alot of information about my new home. My 4 sided brick home is very lovely and i Love it! The team at Starlight Mcdonough made my 1st time homeowner experience as simple and smooth as possible.
