I called Harding expecting a voicemail but reached a gentleman who listened first to understand what was needed then scheduled me for an appointment on Monday. not an emergency so this was more than acceptable. The best part was the young man, Jalen, who came to the house Monday morning. Called in advance, showed up on time, accessed the situation and made the proper repairs. You would never know he was in the house. no trace left behind. What I want to call out is Jalen's professionalism. He was very polite, attentive, and showed genuine concern. I absolutely cannot give Jalen enough 5 stars. Well done Jalen and the whole Harding team.

But instead of cussing and fussing and tearing stuff up I called and spoke to Ronnie. Within an hour and a half, two young men, Hutson and Jordan, were in my driveway. Very polite, respectful clean cut young men who fortunately had a couple of parts they needed on their truck and got the job done. Next time I need a plumber, there's only one place I'll call.
