Maybe they’re all family there, but I won’t be using them again or recommending them.

In short, he was clearly honest (because he had an opportunity to make more money, but advised against it) and knowledgeable. He took his time and thought carefully. Also, we asked a lot of questions via email and phone and always got quick answers, mostly from Steve, who is awesome. The work itself was done well and we are very happy with our fence. We even had an unusual challenge where they had to custom-make a section of fence. Lastly, I want to highlight how great Luis was. He led the team of people who put up the fence. They put up 450 feet of privacy fence in 2 days - across a ditch and partly in a forested and uneven area. He had to run and get some supplies for an hour and it became clear during that time that he was the powerhouse, as much more got accomplished when he was present. All Advanced Fence is very fortunate to have Luis! And when the second day was complete (they worked until past 7pm), we asked them to return to clean up some concrete and other odds and ends and they came out and made sure we were happy with the final product. We are very pleased with our decision to choose this company. They understand the "service" part of customer service.
