  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m so thankful for Ms. Deborah Hunt! From my very first visit to the follow-up calls, my experience truly felt like a Red-Carpet moment. She was extremely knowledgeable about the subdivisions, lots, and her clients. During one of my visits, I had the chance to see first-hand the amazing service she provides—several clients greeted her warmly, and even their children ran up asking, “Can we give you a hug, Ms. Deborah? We love you!” That said it all. Ms. Deborah went above and beyond throughout the entire process, keeping my partner and me informed every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding—prompt, professional, and efficient. Not once did I feel that my questions went unanswered. She truly made me feel like I was her only client.

  My review is solely for Deborah Hunt. She constantly went above and beyond to ensure our home buying process was smooth , transparent, and hassle free. She communicated very efficiently with my realtors and ensured my husband and I were knowledgeable throughout the process of what we were getting. If you’re considering purchasing here consider Ms. Deborah !

  I had a very disappointing experience working with the sales representative Deborah Hunt. From the beginning, her communication was extremely poor. It was often difficult to get clear answers, and follow-ups were inconsistent or nonexistent. Buying a home is a major decision, and you expect the sales representative to be helpful, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Her demeanor was also very unwelcoming. Instead of feeling supported through the process, I often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer making one of the largest purchases of my life. On several occasions, the information provided was unclear or misleading, which only added unnecessary stress to the process. What is most surprising is that a builder would place someone in such an important customer-facing role who appears disengaged and uninterested in helping buyers. A sales representative should represent the builder professionally and guide buyers through the process with knowledge and care. Sadly, that was not demonstrated here.

  Trinity Park is has wonderful large homes with great floor plans. I would definitely speak with Charlene Wilson if you are interested in this community, she is very friendly and knowledgeable about the DRB homebuying process.

  I’ve been in my home for six months and intentionally waited before writing a review to see how everything held up over time. Overall, I truly love my house and have not experienced any major issues. That said, this is very much a builder-grade home. Several of the finishes and fixtures felt inexpensive for a $600,000 property, and I’ve already replaced multiple items that I believe should have been higher quality from the start. In hindsight, I would have preferred to make certain upgrades during construction rather than paying to redo them afterward. My biggest concern was the number of large trees in the backyard that were positioned very close to the house. I was initially told they could not be removed, yet I ultimately had them taken down at my own expense because they posed a safety concern. That was frustrating. After six months, the home has settled as expected, but there have been no major structural or mechanical problems. My one-star reduction is solely based on the lower-end finishes used in what is positioned as a higher-priced home. With better material selections upfront, this would easily be a five-star experience.
