  Marty is fantastic! She did an excellent job of highlighting what makes DRB homes at this particular community stand out from the rest (I visited the McDonough townhome community). I was truly in for a surprise of what the McDonough community had to offer - it far exceeded my expectations. I would highly encourage others to see Marty and let her show you DRB’s townhome community in McDonough! Thank you for everything Marty!

  These are the worst builders. An entire team full of incompetent liars. My tub faucet worked perfectly when I initially viewed the home. On the walk though, the water was trickling out and spraying everywhere. Builder told me this was normal and the city’s code for the pressure. Obvious lie, no accountability, no initiative to figure out the issue. I come back for the final walk through and it’s the same. Same lie with the city code. I refused to wire my transfer to close. All of a sudden I receive a call from his boss saying they did me favor by changing out the faucet. Little did they know I hired a plumber who told me it was installed incorrectly and bent, hence the water trickling and spraying on the wall. So wow thank you for doing me the favor of doing your job which should have been addressed the first time. Now that I am moved in I asked Marti who can move the cameras and alarm out of my yard since my property was purchased. She had no idea and could not point me in the direction of someone who could help. I call the company of the cameras and they said they had no problem sending a technician out they just needed to confirm which lot to move it to. Marti once again refused to provide an answer. Office tells me they will handle it. Just to circle back and tell me it needs to stay because single women live here. I do not authorize being recorded and having a camera in my yard that does not belong to me. I should not have to explain this. However, I still explained to them I suffer from PTSD and do not give my consent to be recorded But once again I’m hit with a lie saying they cannot move it. You will be lied to by Marti, the builders and all the way up to the boss himself. This company does not value your time, money, or privacy. Move elsewhere.
