  My experience with the customer service was horrible. The worker showed up past the confirmed window they scheduled, resulting in me being extremely late to work. Once the workers arrived, one of them became very argumentative with me and very disrespectful and instead of apologizing for his tardiness, he began to give me excuses as to why he was late and why I need to be patient because things happen. Now, I would’ve been understanding, however not only did he lie to me about his ETA but when I will called the office, the office manager will tell me an ETA and every time that time came, the worker never came so he was obviously lying to his boss about where he was as well. Luckily, the office manager heard the entire audio and was prepared to fire him on the spot. However, I have a heart and did not think it was that big of a deal for him to lose his job. People have families and have to feed them. Nonetheless, when he spoke with my husband, he was very apologetic, but my thing was, he wasn’t rude to my husband. He was very rude and disrespectful to me and he never apologized for it. Instead, disregarded me the entire time working on the job and only communicated with my husband. Now the owner definitely gets a kudos because he was prepared to fire this man and his team on the spot for talking to me crazy. I understand that he was protecting his business, but he definitely gets an applause for advocating for me because who knows how many people they talk to like that without the supervisor knowing. Now they gave me a $200 discount off of a $2600 job however I ended up paying 2500 or 2400. I don’t quite recall because the credit card fees ate up most of the discount. Now as I’m writing this review, they are still outside building the fence and they’ve been here since 12. That’s not the problem. The problem is they’re leaving the trash in the yard from drinks from when they can just simply ask me to discard of them. But they’re empty cans in my yard and have been there since they started the job. I only decided to use them because I wanted my fence done TODAY. We have been waiting for this fence for some time now, not because of the company, but going through approvals with the city and the HOA , so we really wanted it done. I’m pretty sure this company is a great company because of the owner and the way he cares about his business, however, this team that they sent out was completely poor. They were trash all the way around. I am happy with the fence, though. I must admit. I just wouldn’t recommend company to anyone else. My neighbor recommended them to me, but I will not be recommending them to others.

  I had an excellent experience working with this company on our fence project. Everything from start to finish was handled in a clear, timely, and highly professional manner. The team was easy to work with, communication was smooth, and the quality of the work really shows. What really stood out was the pricing — they came in at close to a third of the cost compared to other quotes I received, without compromising on quality or service. It’s not often you find a company that delivers both exceptional value and top-tier professionalism, but they absolutely did. I’ll definitely be recommending them to colleagues in the real estate industry, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. A real pleasure all around.

  Needed 10 posts replaced, have used all American fence previously. Two gentlemen came here replaced the 10 posts in less than 5 hours , they cleaned up after themselves and responsive to any of my questions. Once again All American Fence came thru with quality work at a great price. John Gover

  Absolutely fantastic from start with Cole, to scheduling with Ms Gloria and finishing up install with Manny. Had an awesome experience. If you have any fence needs look no further. They are professional, punctual, and their quality of service is second to none. I will be calling them for any future needs.

  Hoke and George was so very awesome! Hoke educated and explained things that really made a difference in how I viewed the company. Started off frustrated finished super satisfied!
