Once some suppliers get your deposit, they take their sweet time getting to you along with their 11th hour postponements. I have elected to hire a different supplier who has given me a reasonable schedule. Good luck with your business model.

He did a demo of their window, answered all questions, and left us with a quote. We had several estimates from other companies and WW was by far the best priced. We decided to proceed with getting windows and placed our order. From there it was just a waiting game (8 weeks), but like the contract stated it could take 6-8 weeks for installation. Office was very nice, installers were very respectful and installation exceeded my expectations. They look great and thank you WW for making this processes so easy. We will be returning customers and recommend yall to any and all friends and family.

Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.

What happens to my old windows?
