  I had been trying to get an electrician for several weeks to show up. My dryer outlet had shorted out and one of the prongs had melted into the outlet. A very dangerous situation. Out of frustration I googled for an electrician in my area. Read reviews and called Mr. Sparky. A Very professional person answered the phone and to my surprise they could send someone out within a couple of hours. Chris showed up and was extremely professional - he did the diagnostic, explained how the previous wiring was incorrect causing a potential fire hazard and gave me a total estimate for the repair. The repair was efficient and the price was reasonable. I had a wonderful experience with both Mr Sparky & the master electrician Chris.

  The AI system scheduled the time slot for today. We waited the 4 hour window this morning to get a call 15 mins at the remaining hour that the AI scheduled under the wrong office. We gave the proper zip code but their AI system messed up. And this was 2 hours after we received a call from technician that he was an hour and a half away from arriving. Personal touch missing in the whole process. Made the entire experience unpleasant. I do not recommend.

  Cristian Santillana was amazing! He was respectful of our home, very personable, and carried himself with true professionalism from start to finish. I really appreciate the care he took with our property and the way he explained everything clearly. Highly recommend Mister Sparky of Atlanta! Special thanks to Cristian! Today was our estimate day and yes we will be using the service it will start Monday!

  We called to schedule an appointment and we were told someone would be out that day. They called and said the technician scheduled to come out had something come up and could no longer come, but that they would be at our home the next morning between 8-10. When it came 10:00 we called to find out what was going on since we had not heard a word and we were told that the electrician was still at the previous customers house and we were told he would be call us in 10-15 minutes. We never got a call from him. When you give a time window, courtesy would be to call and let someone know that the technician is running behind if they cannot come during that window since we are sitting at home waiting on them. Finally at 12:00, after still not hearing from anyone at all, we called to cancel at this point, we had to leave a message to cancel and nobody even had the courtesy to call us back to let us know they got our message, say sorry for the crappy customer service or try and keep our business. Terrible first impression to a new potential customer. Super disappointed in our experience..

  This guy barely made it through my front door and quoted me $2000. He literally and I mean literally did not check what the problem was, decided on his own what I needed to have done without touching a single thing in my home and quoted me $2000. For two hours of work. When he left, I got up on a ladder and saw within two minutes that there was a loose wire. Fixed it myself and all working great. Completely unethical. After he left I received an email with a safety check report of all the things that were ‘checked’ and they all checked out great on the report which I assume means he can feel and see through walls. Edit: responding to review response from Mr sparky. This is false. My home cameras show that he spent 15 minutes at my home. He did not inspect anything. When he suggested we replace our detectors we informed him that they had been replaced two years prior. So please don’t say it’s because they were outdated.
