Patric took my after-hours call and walked me through ways to stabilize the issue, helping me avoid an emergency service fee. He came out the very next morning with a top-of-the-line water heater and even made helpful recommendations for a water filtration system to extend its lifespan—which I plan to install. On top of that, he assisted with an additional plumbing issue while he was here. I’m truly grateful for how quickly they responded and the excellent work they did. Friendly, professional, and thorough. I won’t be going anywhere else for my plumbing needs. They also service North Georgia.
