Their work with respect to the flooring itself the work was very good and the finished product looked excellent. The blending of rooms with new and old hardwood was done artfully. Communication on the front end was great and allowed me to conduct the entire project remotely. I cannot give five stars because these were some final details that were not done correctly. While the company was apparently willing to chat with me about the concerns all day they were unwilling to do anything to correct them. As a premium service I honestly expected things like this to be handled with more responsibility.
