RS Andrew’s quickly responded to the urgency of the issue by sending out their technician the same day. The HVAC technician Mark assessed the problem and immediately got to work repairing the air duct and resolved the issue. I was impressed with Mark’s positive attitude, professionalism, and his ability to effectively and efficiently resolve the problem. Thank you RS Andrew’s and Mark for coming to my rescue so promptly! I will definitely use your services in the future.

A simple test and adjustment was all it took and it was less than $100 for a late service call. Then I hired them to relocate my outdoor unit from the back of the house to the side of the house so we could better enjoy our patio. It required 2 a/c mechanics to disconnect and move, a new pad to sit on and an electrician to run the new line set. I don’t remember the exact price, but the purchase of the pre charged line set was the most expensive line item. 5 years later all has been well. About to have them out to do a winter service and a duct cleaning. Will most likely use them to bump up the amperage to an out building that is used as a wood shop so I can add a mini split a/c. Highly recommend.
