  I'm extremely happy with the work Plumb Doc did for us. I worked specifically with Brian, and he's truly a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. I genuinely enjoyed and appreciated his support throughout the entire process. I originally contacted another company with higher online ratings, but they couldn't get anyone out the same day. I decided to give Plumb Doc a shot despite their slightly lower rating--and I'm really glad I did. The service I received was absolutely 5-star level. Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing. Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water. From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair. I was dealing with family health issues at the time and needed the fastest, least disruptive solution so I could focus on being at the hospital. Brian really stepped up. He suggested bringing in a leak-detection specialist using sonar equipment to pinpoint the exact location. It added a few hundred dollars upfront but would save time, money, and yard damage in the long run. We went with that option, and it worked exactly as promised. That evening, a gas technician came out to mark the gas lines, the leak-detection team arrived the next morning, and Brian dug a very small area and replaced the damaged pipe on day two. He even worked past dark to finish the job. Plumb Doc handled everything--all scheduling, coordination, and follow-through. Brian personally made sure every vendor piece was handled correctly. A few days later, after the clay had settled, Brian came back to fill in the hole--even though we had already paid. He even offered to buy a bag of mulch to cover the area, which we declined since we planned to re-mulch anyway. The leak is fully fixed, no more water loss, and the price was completely reasonable. Throughout the process, Brian kept me informed via text, sent photos, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Beyond the technical skill, he's just a genuinely good guy--someone you'd grab a beer with. Too often, you talk to a company owner and then get sent a low-quality crew. That did not happen here. I couldn't be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Plumb Doc to friends and family. A lot of people give 5 stars for just expected service, so I want to make it clear that this job exceeded my expectations and truly earned their 5 stars.

  Water heater died on Christmas Eve and Plumb Doctor came through with the same day install, a Christmas miracle! Big shout out to Fletcher, thank you and Merry Christmas!

  This should have been a 5-star review. The team that came to repair the hot water heater for the landlord were very professional and did a great job. I took away 2 stars because they left our back gate open when they were done, and my dogs got out this morning because of it. One of them was almost stuck by a car. I am not sure how this is a hard concept for people. Gate was closed when you arrived. Close it back when you leave.

  I recently had a plumbing emergency. Plumb Doctor responded quickly and provided a temporary fix on a Sunday, Sewer line and water line replacement was necessary and was attended to within a few days, The workers were courteous and competent. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
