  We had a leak in the main line from the water meter to our house. These guys were referred to me by one of my neighbors so I felt good about calling them. They came out the same day to assess the problem and returned the next day to fix it. It was pretty big project that took the better part of the day. Brandon (the owner) came out I person to help out. They did a great job at a fair price. Not cheap but fair. Cheap does not usually equal good. I’ll definitely reach out to them again next time I need plumbing work.

  They come quick, and overall did the job they hired to do. With the price, I just couldn't afford the 2nd time. It was just outrageous with their charges. If not for emergency, I won't recommend them. Just with the visual inspection that cost that much, I will rather get some friend's referral instead plumb doctor.

  Plumb doctor was recommended to me many years ago. I have contacted them on 4 different issues and they sent someone out immediately each time and once was a Sunday afternoon after I spoke with Brandon the owner directly. Each time they were able to fix the problem and only charged me a service call. Today I had a severe leak and because of their previous honesty and excellent customer service (including the administrative staff that assisted me on the phone and the on site plumbers) I contacted them again. They were able to send Fletcher over, who has helped me before, and it took more extensive work to fix but he did a fantastic job once again. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor!

  Plumb Doctor is a top-notch company with an outstanding team. While I haven’t personally used their plumbing services, I’ve worked with their company professionally and have always been impressed. Brandon, the owner, is incredibly honest, hands-on, and easy to work with, and that leadership clearly shows throughout the business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumb Doctor to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing company.

  I'm extremely happy with the work Plumb Doc did for us. I worked specifically with Brian, and he's truly a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. I genuinely enjoyed and appreciated his support throughout the entire process. I originally contacted another company with higher online ratings, but they couldn't get anyone out the same day. I decided to give Plumb Doc a shot despite their slightly lower rating--and I'm really glad I did. The service I received was absolutely 5-star level. Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing. Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water. From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair. I was dealing with family health issues at the time and needed the fastest, least disruptive solution so I could focus on being at the hospital. Brian really stepped up. He suggested bringing in a leak-detection specialist using sonar equipment to pinpoint the exact location. It added a few hundred dollars upfront but would save time, money, and yard damage in the long run. We went with that option, and it worked exactly as promised. That evening, a gas technician came out to mark the gas lines, the leak-detection team arrived the next morning, and Brian dug a very small area and replaced the damaged pipe on day two. He even worked past dark to finish the job. Plumb Doc handled everything--all scheduling, coordination, and follow-through. Brian personally made sure every vendor piece was handled correctly. A few days later, after the clay had settled, Brian came back to fill in the hole--even though we had already paid. He even offered to buy a bag of mulch to cover the area, which we declined since we planned to re-mulch anyway. The leak is fully fixed, no more water loss, and the price was completely reasonable. Throughout the process, Brian kept me informed via text, sent photos, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Beyond the technical skill, he's just a genuinely good guy--someone you'd grab a beer with. Too often, you talk to a company owner and then get sent a low-quality crew. That did not happen here. I couldn't be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Plumb Doc to friends and family. A lot of people give 5 stars for just expected service, so I want to make it clear that this job exceeded my expectations and truly earned their 5 stars.
