- KMKelley MoonSep 1, 20235.0Several years ago, No Excuses Heating & Air replaced the AC units that my builder installed. Wouldn’t you know, the second my warranty expired, both AC units died. No Excuses gave me a fair price, quick to respond & everyone from the office staff to the technicians, were extremely helpful & professional! They were so amazing that several months later, I recommended them to my son to replace 2 of his original 80s units. Fast forward to today….my mom’s “builders unit” went out. With my mom being a older & the heat index being close to 100° this required a lot of hand holding & quick service! Joe & Miriam took the extra time to explain her options, making my mom feel much more comfortable with the process. When I say they went above & beyond to help, that is a complete understatement! Seriously, I thought customer service no longer existed; however, Joe & Miriam proved me wrong! They both took the time to explain what was best for her home & how the new warranty will work. Again, all at a fair price with professional service & a quality product! I highly recommend No Excuses. If it’s good enough for my child AND my mom, then you know they are the best in the business!

Joe and Les have been exceptional to work with. Have been using them for some time now – from small system checks to this large, extensive project. Would definitely recommend.
