We thought we were getting very close to needing to re-do our roof and asked for an estimate. Claire checked our roof outside and inside, and told us it was still good for at least a year. She could have easily given us a price and said the roof needed to be replaced now, but didn’t - she was very honest! So valuable in our world. She also took the extra time to caulk a few spots where old caulking was starting to crack - making sure the caulking would last until we really needed to have the roof replaced. We will definitely call her and New Image Roofing next year.
