They very prompt every single day, and finished the three day estimate right on time. The fixture was put on the wrong setting and the light stayed on all night and was not motion sensor activated. When I called To have it corrected(it was obviously a non-emergency) but I was put off for three days because of their limited weekend hours so I have to deal with it. That’s not right.

However, as a part of the visit, an inspection was done of the electrical panel and outside entry wires that powered the home. Both were in need of serious repair. The electrical panel was outdated and showing signs of stress; the electrical entry point was damaged. Both items had gone undetected for years and posed potential/serious hazards. These issues will now be addressed and our 65 year old home will be brought up to code thanks to Cristian and his extensive knowledge of electrical systems. Andrew led the second phase of the very extensive electrical repair. He was on time, focused, very knowledgeable about his craft and very efficient. He handled all of the supporting contacts (City of Atlanta/Georgia Power) with ease and without having to involve the Customer. He expertly and methodically completed all repairs to update a 65 year old electrical system to 2025 electrical codes. He was respectful of the property and worked to maintain the aesthetics of the home. He was personable and professional and carefully and thoroughly explained all of the work completed in a walk through inside and outside of the home. He patiently answered all questions before leaving the site. Recognition should also be given to his technician, James who provided support to Andrew and maintained integrity of each work area. He also demonstated a strong work ethic as he was on time and engaged in the repair process. All in all,we were very pleased with the work performed by Andrew and his team.
