Kyle and Eric were very knowledgeable and set reasonable expectations up front on what could be salvaged with my water damaged carpet. I honestly thought the carpet was unsalvageable but Tommy and Wesley came in to replace padding, stretch and reinstall carpeting, mend torn seams and deep cleaned and removed all stains. They exceeded expectations and refused to leave until the carpet was fully restored to nearly new. Can’t think of any way this could’ve turned out better, all things considered. Already thinking of other services I could use them for because they were all so pleasant to work with. Thanks team!
