- KMKristin Moore3 days ago5.0I needed to have my carpets cleaned in a short time frame for moving purposes and so I was intrigued by the water-less cleaning process offered by Hughes. I really didn't know what to expect from the service, but I can assure you I was pleasantly surprised. The service technician came out promptly and was so professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the cleaning process as well as answer any questions I had. I love that the cleaning agent is a non-toxic natural product and I actually liked its citrusy/woodsy scent; it didn't smell like a bunch of chemicals. The scent is strong upon application, but after a day has faded to not being detectable. The technician was able to remove all of the stains I had, as well as the cleaning gave a little lift/renewal to the texture of the carpet where it has more of a wear pattern (I have Berber carpets). I will absolutely use Hughes again, as well as recommend them to all of my friends!

They were prompt, courteous, hard workers, and we were very pleased with the outcome. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

My technician Laurant arrived on time, was very professional, explained the entire process. Not going to lie, as we had dog urine stains really didn't expect much. WOW! Our carpet looks almost new again! And the smells, all gone except the wonderful woodsy scent from the cleaning. We will never have our carpet cleaned another way! From start to finish, absolutely a wonderful experience! I'd like to say that Laurant went above and beyond BUT I feel like he treats EVERY customer this way!
