  I've been using Hughes Dry Professional Carpet Care for at least 15 years to take care of my carpets. They have used their dry system on my carpets and restretched a bedroom carpet. This week, along with some carpet cleaning, I had them do some upholstery cleaning on my 5 year old cream sectional and 2 swivel chairs. They look brand new! Their technicians are so professional, courteous and hard workers. This is a family and local business that is well worth your support. You won't be disappointed.

  Hughes Carpet Care has serviced us many times throughout the years and has exceeded our expectations each time. We've had some rough stains and they miraculously make them go away leaving our carpet looking so clean, smelling great and looking close to brand new. Not a drop of water goes into the carpet and the dry cleaner is completely harmless and chemical free! Would recommend them hands down to any of the others out there.

  I was looking for a company that did both carpet stretching and cleaning. Both my expectations were achieved. My technician Tommy did a fantastic job. Attention to detail on my expectations were very much achieved. I had rolling carpet in the master on both sides of the room, in the master closet and another bedroom. I had high traffic patterns in my carpets and stairs and a transition going form carpet to tile that was corrected. I'm very well pleased

  I have been using Hughes Dry for 20 years. I love the company! They have always done an amazing job! Their people are courteous, respectful, helpful and excellent at their craft! Oh and knowledgeable too! I wouldn’t trust the cleaning of my home carpets, rugs and upholstery to anyone else! Their method is superior to any other carpet cleaning method and…they prove it every time!

  CARPET STRETCH, REPAIR & CLEAN: Hughs customer service exceeded my expectations from the very first phone call until the technicians left my driveway providing a well done job. When I called the office, Lori treated me like a friend or family member. She was very kind and helpful. Just makes a difference! Within a few hours, Kyle (owner) was that my house for an evaluation and provided me with a verbal estimate. Then emailed me an itemized estimate, reflecting everything he had told me. Kyle provided me with several different options and was not pushy at all. Absolutely zero high-pressure sales pitch. Felt like a good friend had stopped by. I shared with Kyle my family hardship and the short timeline I was working with. He offered me a time slot for the very next day. My technician, Westley and Tommy were very punctual and kept me informed upon their arrival. They were so professional and went straight to work. Long story short, our carpet was not installed correctly five years ago. We had a lot of bubbles, issues in doorways, etc and in need of major correction. Westley was very meticulous in doing an overall inspection and then providing excellent work to correct our mess. He stretched and corrected all of the carpet while correcting seams. Then Tommy cleaned as if it was his own house. The way they maneuver and move furniture, being very careful, as if it was their own house. It honestly blew my mind to watch these two men work and operate in my house. I felt like I could have left for the day and trusted these two men in my home like two family members.They are gifted in what they do and I would highly recommend this company and specifically the repair and correction team to anyone. Our carpet looks brand new! I know this is a long review, but it should reflect how pleased I am that I chose to make a phone call to Hughes for my carpet repairs and cleaning. Job well done! I felt like I received a fair price and excellent service! I could not be more satisfied. From this day forward, Hughes will be my first phone call for any and all of the services that they provide.
