I arrived at will call and they hand me 1 Emax water heater. So I was pretty confused on how that even happened so I go to the counter to order the correct parts and they didn’t have anything in stock. Idk why they don’t have qualified people working the phones or why it doesn’t go straight to the counter but I just wasted almost 2 hours of my day plus the additional time to go to another supply house to get the parts.
