I can definitely say it has NOT improved, in fact it's gotten worse. When placing the 1st order they refused to take the order because we had a $300 credit, they said I had to resolve it with their finance department. I could understand if we owed them money, but they wouldn't take the order because they owe us money. Took almost 3 days for the finance department to resolve the issue. Orders were totally screwed up, wrong items picked from warehouse, damaged goods, no communication. I could keep going but the rating of 1 star was earned.

Called 2-3 weeks later and took 3 days for David to get an answer from C.J. that it will be an additional 2-3 weeks. Obviously they forgot to order the heater. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. If you forget to order something, just say so. Instead, these guys lied their way into a larger hole. I can see now why thousands of Ferguson employees are losing there jobs.
