He pinpointed the cause of the issue the first minute he saw the heating unit in our basement, and then solved the problem effectively. Mark walked into our house with shoe covers on, and when he needed to check equipment outside of the house he took off the shoe covers and put them in his pant pocket, and put them back on when he walked back into the house. He demonstrated respect to the customer’s property, had a meticulous work attitude, and a high level of professional skills. I will continue using E. Smith even if only for Mark.
