The system that they put in was so much more advanced than what I had. The installation team got here at about 9 AM and finished by 5 PM. This was a full start from nothing installation. Nice group of guys, and each one knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about this HVAC system and this company, they have it together.

He made himself available to me throughout the entire project. I called his cell so many times and he treated my concerns with urgency and empathy. The 3 technicians and supervisor were very professional. They worked as a team to put together a plan that addressed all of the unforeseen issues. Cool Air Mechanical arrived timely and completed the project without any hiccups along the way, cleaned up and each said their farewells before leaving, which I thought was the icing on the cake!
