- AHAdam Hawes5 days ago5.0Overall happy with my experience. Got a whole new HVAC system through Costco/Cool Air Mechanical. We got the highest end variable speed system they offered, and in the end it was a similar cost to the lowest end systems offered by other big players. The sales guy was easy to work with and honest. The install crew was fast and professional. They encountered an issue with the system near the end of the install, and they ended up spending several hours tracing the issue down to a single part on a printed circuit board. They had a replacement quickly brought out and had they system up and running. I was impressed. The variable speed is a really nice feature, and my gas bill seems to be lower. Hopefully the results stay the same for when it gets hot.

He found the issues and even some other issues we were having which helped all of our other rooms upstairs. He is the best HVAC tech I have met so far and we had had quite a few at this house. None of the others, from other companies as well, ever fixed this problem or were this great at problem solving. Thank you, Vance!

They were respectful of our floors and home putting down drop cloths to ensure no damage was done. They kept me informed during the entire job. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner!
