- GLGilbert LovellNov 21, 20251.0I was initially very excited to work with Cabinets To Go, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any store. I will also be contacting your corporate office regarding this matter.
