- JJJohnDec 26, 20251.0Ordered a new back door a few weeks ago. I was out of town the last few days and I come home to find the new back door just dumped up against my retaining wall in my backyard. No protective covering over it, no call to schedule deliver, no notice it was being delivered, no notice it was delivered. The door is not scheduled to be installed for a couple more weeks and is too heavy for me to move so it just sits out there while the company is off enjoying their holiday and doesn't care that they dumped and ran on my door. Poor delivery service and poor customer service.

I submitted a warranty claim on November 13th for a window that has separated from its frame, causing cold air to enter the home. I provided every detail and photo they asked for and followed up multiple times. It has now been 11 days, despite the fact that this is a basic structural issue in a home that is only three years old. With temperatures dropping, this should be treated as a priority. This is not how a company that stands behind its craftsmanship should operate. I simply want an update and communication.
