The customer service was excellent as I didn’t know their set up or how they operated, long story short i had a tire come off the weighing ramp they had to lift me up a little to pull up so I could re back off. Then my chain link fence I had in my trailer kept getting stuck I couldn’t get it out so they used the claw and helped me. They were top knotch all around. They didn’t have to do any of that. I really appreciated it and want anyone looking for a scrap yard this is the place!
