  We had our initial consult with Vernon. He was very kind and down-to-earth which was so helpful since we’re dealing with a tough situation; potential fraud on our seller’s end. We decided to move forward after Alex explained our options in great and clear detail. He was persistent in a positive way that made us aware he would be happy to provide us this service. After several suggestions we decided to just do it right this time and went for a new system and zoning. Alex worked well with us on pricing, and I do believe we got an exceptional deal! Two days later, two gentleman showed up. John Paul and another kind gentleman, whose name I unfortunately did not hear, went right to it! They were very courteous and took their shoes off and on and knocked before every entry. John Paul also took time to flush the system extra well, which was needed! I felt so at ease I even took a short nap after unloading boxes all morning! John Paul explained certain aspects of the machine after they finished, and they were on their way again! The real sparkle though, to this all…is that after the team left, our garage door would not close. It ended up being a total coincidence, but Alex drove straight to our house after 6pm to help us! He spent nearly an hour changing the chain length and tightening and loosening as needed until we finally got the end result we wanted! He was quite impressive, knowledgable, and I would even say gallant as he wouldn’t even accept our tip. He reinvigorated our faith in companies around here, and I think every company needs a team member like that! He even finished by checking over the work that had been done, and decided he wanted to add something just to make the work perfection. I highly recommend this group, and now I’ll go enjoy my night with my husband since I’m so cool I need a blanket and his warmth!

  The technicians Steve was very professional, He took his time to explain to me everything I needed to know about me air conditioning as well as helping me to to set up my thermostat at the right temperature for free. Very much appreciate his courtesy , understanding and kindness. He also knows his job and does it to the best of his abilities.

  I excited to be able to schedule a same-day maintenance appointment. DJ was super knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and gave me guidance on next steps with realistic time frames and cost-effective solutions. I felt I able to trust his guidance and expertise in a way I am ordinarily not able to with other providers who are often too focused on upselling. It made me more likely to follow his advice on certain service and investments for my units.

  Went through Costco and they sent a helpful sales representative, Kennie Picon, who helped me replace 2 older units. I encountered some difficulties with one unit and they totally supported me and stood behind their work, which is everything that matters. The systems work great and the installation is top tier.
