  We recently purchased carpet and had it installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us choose the perfect carpet for our home. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The finished result looks amazing, and the quality of the carpet exceeded our expectations.   Fair price for quality carpet. My sales rep, Jess, was always quick to respond to my questions and gave me lots of options. My installer, Horacio, was punctual, friendly, and did a fantastic job.

  I needed to recarpet two suites in a commercial building I own and lease in Marietta. I went to 5 different carpet stores knowing this would be a sizeable expense so cost and choices were both important. I met with the owner and brought detailed measurements and a floorplan and he gave me a fair quoted price on the spot. I went to the other 4 and it was a struggle to get pricing and if I did the pricing was outrageous. I chose CarpetUno and am happy I did. The project coordinator stayed in constant contact with me to nail down a schedule for install and the installers were professional, friendly, and did a great job. The next time I need carpet this is the only store I will visit. Thank you!

  I got carpet from them 4 1/2 years ago in the house we moved into. The carpet quality was great. The problem was the installation. At that time there were 3 people who came to install the carpet, the main person did a great job and carpet is still good. The other people did a poor job on his team. I had contacted carpet uno on the regular to get it stretched and fixed after few back and forth someone came out and did the bare minimum but even empty room not used until now had carpet loosened up a few weeks after install. When they came into to fix it as mentioned did bare minimum. I had to hire a different company and pay around $800 do fix it and it hasn’t wrinkled again. Pls be cautious and actually check to make sure that carpet is tight when they finish installing. I would not personally recommend them again.
