  I loved working with them so much I plan to use them again! Super professional, very helpful in balancing the reality of my life (kids, dog, even my cleaning habits) and my style to find the perfect flooring type for my home. They did the floors in several rooms but I think the photos from the hall says it all!

  I had two jobs with Suttles and I would like to start by saying the end product of each has been fantastic. They have very hard working sub contractors who take pride in their work. Sadly, my experience with the office has been subpar. On the first job, we called the day before, since we had not heard when to expect workers to arrive, and found out that they forgot to order the materials. Of course this delayed the project. The second job was a disaster. The flooring made a horrible crunching noise. This caused them to pull it up 3 times trying to trouble shoot, over two weeks, and then it was determined they had been sent defective product from the manufacturer. The manufacturer made us wait weeks to see if it fixed itself prior to agreeing to send replacement flooring. During this time we had to live with the defective product. When the second batch came in, everything went smoothly. We requested a small discount on the materials due to weeks of work within our house and making a two day job into a multiple month process. Suttles refused any kind of responsibility and pushed all blame to the manufacturer who said they wouldn’t provide any discount. Instead of stepping in and offering a discount to us as their customer, they said the original invoice stands and that there is nothing that they can do to make the experience better. The end product is good, but you can buy flooring from many companies. The customer experience was poor so I wouldn’t do business with them again.

  Suttles flooring installed a stair runner for us and we couldn’t be happier. Their team was proficient, professional and respectful of our home. We will definitely use Suttles Flooring again!
