  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM REP WHO ANSWERED MY CALL AND SERVICE TECH. MR. AVERY WAS PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND HELPFUL, HE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND GAVE ME 3 PRICE OPTIONS FROM COMPANY, HE GAVE ME HIS RECOMMENDATION AND ALLOWED ME TO MAKE MY OWN DECISION . HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME AT ALL, HE JUST INFORMED ME OF WHAT ROTO ROOTER OFFERS FOR MY SITUATION. HE DID THE WORK, VERY PROFESSIONAL, EMAILED RECEIPT AND PICTURES. HE CLEANED UP AREA. I AM VERY PLEASED AND WILL CONTINUE TO CALL ROTO ROOTER FOR ALL PLUMBING. THE PRICES WERE GOOD ALSO. THANKS ROTO ROOTER & MR. AVERY.

  The service provided was outstanding and handled very quickly. However, I was told the day before that someone would be at the house between 8am and 10am but more closer to 8. One individual showed at around 1030 but didn’t have the equipment on hand to do anything so had to wait until 1115 when second vehicle showed up with equipment. So that part of customer service needs some work.

  I had to have my pipes replaced copying $6000.After the job was over I was told the cost didn't cover water intake lines. The cost was to cover hauling off pipe. They did not and were called back. They hauled off some pipe but failed to get old pipe from back of the house. I eventually hired someone else to complete the work. Pictured is old pipe that I hauled out from under the house. (62 year old shouldn't have to do this after spending so much money with a company).
