Once they realized they were wrong they then tried to tell me I didn’t fill up the tank which is true. I was never told to fill it back up or I would have since I am able to get free diesel. They told me I signed a contract and I told them I didn’t, apparently the driver was supposed to make me sign something? After having to argue with the manager, she then threatened me with paying for 19 hours even though I didn’t put 19 hours on it. She told me I was wrong even though her coworker already admitted she was wrong about the 19 hours. They said I should have treated the fuel thing like a rental car. Which is when you sign a contract stating you’ll fill up the tank when done. Although I’ve never rented a car, I was just supposed to assume that. Moral of the story, make sure you double check your charges and go to Yancey.
