- WZWilliam ZollerFeb 13, 20265.0Had a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom that leaked down through the subfloor and was coming out of the ceiling downstairs. Called RestoPros of Central GA because they were recommended by my buddy that owns a carpet cleaning business in the area. I was immediately connected to the owner of the company on the phone. He was quick to get a team out to my house within an hour or so to setup stabilization and perform moisture tests. They took pictures of everything, wrote up a report, and determined the extent of the damage and what was required to fix it all. They advised me to make a claim with my insurance right away. They didn't cut corners like insurance adjusters would hope in order to save the insurance company money. They aren't contracted by insurance companies. They worked for me, the person making the claim; period. They did the job correctly, whatever it took. Insurance tried to fight them on some things (like asbestos testing). But RestoPros did it because it's the right thing to do, and because there are all kinds of regulations that say it's required (OSHA, state of GA, etc.). And the owner himself told me if insurance won't cover it, he won't send me a balance bill. He'll take that fight to the insurance company if need be. Bottom line is, if you want a restoration/mitigation company that is going to do things the right way, the safe way, and follow all the regulations, then RestoPros of Central GA is your company.
