Elijah, the service man who came out was very thorough and patient with my questions and presented me with options Maintain my heating System. After his inspection and recommendations, I brought up a concern and he went back and examine the system again to address my concern. I am historically skeptical of service providers, but my experience with this company and it’s service people was beyond my expectations.
- DSDavid Shier2 days ago5.0They left my duct work un-insulated after an install. It had rigid ducts, so I asked them to keep it just re wrap it and they didn't. Reliable called me an hour after I posted this and set up a next day appointment. the crew they sent were amazing. Things are going to get screwed up that's a given but it's how you make up for it. that's what matters. Thanks Kyle, and Will.

He was very pleasant, explained everything to me so I would understand. He was methodical to check all the work that a contractor had been in the middle of working on something they could not fix. I told them I was calling Reliable and I'm so glad I did. I feel very confident Reliable will always be my first call. In the past I've always had very good experiences with them but Alex set that bar just a bit higher today.

They were also very respectful and courteous when coming into our house to do the work and we would definitely use them specifically again.

Rock, the Sales Rep, was easy to work with and responsive. Did not rate as a 5 only because equipment has only been operating for 3 days. Not a long enough operating time to rate outstanding yet.
