I had several techs come out and and they said there was nothing wrong with the system and it was working as it should. With the cold weather it was 60 degrees in our house for several days. Charles came in on a Sunday. Checked the system and knew something wasn't working properly. He came back the following Tuesday and figured it out. Upon installation the system wasn't properly programmed upon installation. Great job Charles!!!! I'm a field tech in a different field and I know the difficulties. Someone needs to congratulate him on a job well done!

The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. Our airflow has noticeably improved, and everything works exactly as promised. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail and would definitely recommend Reliable Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC or vent work.

This scenario has occurred with other Reliable appointments more than once before and needs to be fixed.
