Bucky Holland Heating & Air is a local family owned and operated business that has served Macon since 1987. The company started out in the HVAC business installing central heating and air in newly constructed and in existing homes. We soon added a service department to further meet our customer’s needs. We strive every single day to go above and beyond all expectations to provide the most comfortable customer experience possible. While we have been around since the late 80’s we have grown tremendously in the past few years as a direct testament to our focus on customer service. As we’ve grown we have expanded our available services. We feel that these services and our commitment to excellence make us unequaled. Today, the company provides a full range of services including Repair and Replacement of units, and just about everything else that involves moving air and keeping you comfortable. Holland also provides a wide range of comfort accessories such as humidifiers, media filters that only need changing once per year, programmable thermostats, and more.

    We had issues with our main unit not providing proper heat, called the office and the same day, Randy arrived. Randy provided outstanding professional service, and was extremely knowledgeable - correcting issues put in place by another company (long story)… Highly recommend Bucky Holland for your needs. We will ask for Randy in the future!!!

    I forgot the serviceman's name; however, he was very professional, knowledgeable and didn't have a mean look on his face. I explained everything that had been happening with my furnace servicing the lower level of my 54 year old split level home that started a littleover a month ago when one of my two wifi thermostats stopped communicating with my furnace. I also stated that I thought some of my furnace's problems were because I never remembered having the ducts cleaned for as long as I've lived in my home. I informed him of changes I'd made to my home affecting my HVAC system over the years. He explained to me how ducts work as well as how his duct service cleaned the ducts. He took his time and went through the necessary rooms, going under my house and checking out my outside units. After, checking everything out, he quoted a price, explained what included in the price, told me about how long the job would take and approximate date your company would do the job. He also informed me that I might be asked to step outside for a while because of some of the chemicals being used. He will email me all of the necessary documents. Ms Juanita Womack

    Tech did an excellent job. The person who setup the appointment was also excellent. My only complaint is the price but there price was about the same as the others. I guess I need to brush up on my plumbing. Lol 😆
