- AMAmy MartinApr 10, 20261.0We ordered 2 French doors. Were to be delivered Friday April 10th at 3. Called Friday morning to verify delivery. Delivery was verified to be at 3. Never showed up. No one called to report delay. Called at 4:05 to check status. No one answered. They close at 4. Company is closed Saturday and Sunday which is when I scheduled someone to install. This is a big pain.

- M1MB 1212Mar 4, 20251.0We had a new construction home with a defect on the glass sliding door. Our builder arranged for this company to come out and replace the door. They reach out and schedule a time no problem. Then proceeds to take off the door and attempt to put the new one on, but it’s the wrong size. So he spent 2 hours at our house trying to put the wrong door on and the old one back on with the help of my husband. Not sure how one man was expected to do this alone with the size and weight of the door. They say they’ll order the correct one and be in touch to reschedule. I never hear from them so I had to reach back out and was told it was ordered. That was a year ago and there was never any follow up. Not to mention my original door was harder to shut and lock after he played around with it. I will never recommend them to anyone.
