  My experience with Tandy King was nothing short of amazing. I came into the Kingston community with no intention on purchasing there, Just wanted to view the model. Well let’s say Tandy changed that quickly she was knowledgeable and personable. Tandy simply asked what my needs were, catering to them she walked me into my dream home I immediately feel in love with it. I found that very impressive. Im forever thankful for her, she helped me every step of the way, she worked great with my realtor. Giving me a deal I just couldn’t refuse.   I had the pleasure of meeting who I would say is arguably one of the best on-site agents that DRB group has to showcase. I met Ms Zakiya Watford at the DRB Kingston subdivision with my wife Carla and our child Zanye. Zakiya was an instant hit - she was reassuring and understanding while dealing extensively with our unique home acquisition problem. Zakiya made the necessary calls and represented our case and position, then took us to DRB Copperfield subdivision to showcase a few options - she is knowledgeable about the business of home ownership, and she makes the hectic, turbulent process so smooth it became a cake walk!
