They were prompt and the replacement was completed on-time. When I filled out the online service request form it already listed estimated repair costs based upon the service needed so I knew what to expect. The price seemed fair based upon some online searches as well. Due to the nature of the issue I did not really have time to shop around, but was not disappointed. I would use them again for sure.
