I was able to Google D&S and communicate with them while abroad to fix my issues. They were extremely responsive and called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on. They even tried to come sooner than expected but unfortunately I couldn’t secure anyone being at the house that early. While they were checking everything before leaving, they noticed one of the bathrooms was not working properly, which has been an ongoing issue that I didn’t even tell them about. They offered to fix that while they were already there. I will definitely be using them again.
