    We recently had a flood in our basement and Kelly Sollinger at First Onsite was absolutely fantastic to work with. From day one, he made a stressful situation feel manageable. Kelly coordinated everything, the cleanup, repairs, painting, and flooring. And, kept us updated throughout the whole process. Each onsite crew was professional, quick, and super easy to work with. Our basement looks and feels better than before thanks to Kelly and the First Onsite teams. I highly recommend!

    This company allows its employees to bring work van home without zero oversight. There’s an employee that parks Company van illegally on the city street daily and overnight. This creates blinds spots for oncoming traffic and will eventually lead to an otherwise avoidable accident. The city of Atlanta only allows commercial vehicles under 1 ton to be parked in an enclosed garage on private property. Again this company van not only impedes the mail truck from accessing the neighbor’s mailbox without precision maneuvering but most importantly street traffic in both directions. They also use the van as a daily driver for non work related matters. The subdivision residents all have witnessed passengers getting out of van with groceries and even landscaping/Home Depot bags/mulch/charcoal/bbq essentials, etc.

    From the beginning to end they were professional. Justin and Eric started and completed the work needed to our satisfaction. Polite and courteous and prompt. Eric and his team were especially was very professional dealing with us. They understood the urgency and were accommodating. I would use them again if we incurred another disaster as this.     ARS recently completed repairs at our home after water damage. I only have great things to say about our experience with them. Our project manager, Scott Graham, was awesome! He was very professional, responsive, communicative, concerned, and very nice and pleasant. All the various crews that did the repairs were courteous, timely, and very capable. We are extremely pleased with ARS and would not hesitate to recommend them.!
