  I would put a zero if I could. Cabinets installed last JUNE. Tore out all my backsplash after told several times in writing to leave it alone. My walls are still a NIGHTMARE and we are in February. Countless emails and phone calls. They get your money, you no longer exist. I had to cancel my holiday plans. No friends/family oover with my kitchen half ass done $25,000 later. Its embarrassing. Went for MONTHS with no dishwasher or sink..spent so much money having to eat out. Will turn into a legal issue now. Communication is horrible. Never any follow up. Left my light hanging down. This has caused me more depression. I worked hard to get this done. I don't deserve to be so incredibly disrespected. Stay away from this kooky company.

  This project was a disaster start to finish. 1. The installer (Hector Sanchez) was very flaky on scheduling the job. Said he'd be there one day, did not communicate he later could not make that date work, and moved it without informing me. 2. The designer and the installer tried to hide a incorrect measurement and changed the kitchen plan the day of install. The design made zero sense but they plowed ahead with the install without consulting me hoping I'd sign off on a terrible new design. The correct cabinets had to be ordered and new cabinets removed and installed again. I want to be clear that what they installed and what I signed off on before installation was NOT the same. 3. With the correct cabinets/install outstanding the installer wanted me to sign off on the job. Hounding me. I ignored since the job was not complete. They simply wanted to get paid. 4. There were floating shelves to be installed at a later date (needed counters and backsplash installed first). I arranged to meet the installer at a certain time. 8 minutes past the meeting time I get a txt that the installer was going to be there in 30 minutes after our agreed upon time. I cannot work with people who have no regards for others. I returned the shelves, cancelled that part of the install and will resume this portion with another contractor. That is how much I didn't want to see this person - I would not wait another 20 minutes to finally just have this job complete.

  I worked with Daniel mostly. It took me about 5years to finely commit to purchase my cabinets, and Daniel was always so patient. I also worked with Iggy when Daniel was not there. The experience was very delightful.

  Working with Daniel at Cabinets to Go has been a pleasure. Our contractor said they have the best quality cabinets for the price. I've done a kitchen renovation before and this is a totally different experience because cabinets arrived on time and undamaged. I would definitely order from them again.
