  I would put a zero if I could. Cabinets installed last JUNE. Tore out all my backsplash after told several times in writing to leave it alone. My walls are still a NIGHTMARE and we are in February. Countless emails and phone calls. They get your money, you no longer exist. I had to cancel my holiday plans. No friends/family oover with my kitchen half ass done $25,000 later. Its embarrassing. Went for MONTHS with no dishwasher or sink..spent so much money having to eat out. Will turn into a legal issue now. Communication is horrible. Never any follow up. Left my light hanging down. This has caused me more depression. I worked hard to get this done. I don't deserve to be so incredibly disrespected. Stay away from this kooky company.

  This project was a disaster start to finish. 1. The installer (Hector Sanchez) was very flaky on scheduling the job. Said he'd be there one day, did not communicate he later could not make that date work, and moved it without informing me. 2. The designer and the installer tried to hide a incorrect measurement and changed the kitchen plan the day of install. The design made zero sense but they plowed ahead with the install without consulting me hoping I'd sign off on a terrible new design. The correct cabinets had to be ordered and new cabinets removed and installed again. I want to be clear that what they installed and what I signed off on before installation was NOT the same. 3. With the correct cabinets/install outstanding the installer wanted me to sign off on the job. Hounding me. I ignored since the job was not complete. They simply wanted to get paid. 4. There were floating shelves to be installed at a later date (needed counters and backsplash installed first). I arranged to meet the installer at a certain time. 8 minutes past the meeting time I get a txt that the installer was going to be there in 30 minutes after our agreed upon time. I cannot work with people who have no regards for others. I returned the shelves, cancelled that part of the install and will resume this portion with another contractor. That is how much I didn't want to see this person - I would not wait another 20 minutes to finally just have this job complete.

  I worked with Daniel mostly. It took me about 5years to finely commit to purchase my cabinets, and Daniel was always so patient. I also worked with Iggy when Daniel was not there. The experience was very delightful.

  Unable to get any help when they sent us two bathroom cabinet doors that were smaller than the rest of the cabinet doors. We went thru their process with people who have no desire to help. They expect us to buy 2 more cabinet doors!! We have the two smaller cabinets still wrapped. Extremely poor service on telephone with supervisor , told us we only had 35 days to get things fixed. We were never told this

  We Did! Not only did you not assist Us you made it even worse. We find your product is garbage once delivered. Our kitchen was at the mercy of your backordered products for one. Then even though we opened up our schedule 100% Monday thru Sunday anytime scheduling your installer was several weeks out and they do what they can from 9 to 4 with an hour lunch. Then, if by chance you have all of the required parts unbroken, they don't come finish the following day. No, it's several more weeks out. They make false promises like setting a kitchen sink by cutting the hole in the butcher block then tell you it's extra when they finally return. If they leave out a shelf in the main cabinet (only shelf) then they make up am excuse and that's it,. The butcher block was all crowned badly and where they connect them is raised up and has two large gaps with no filler. They promised a seamless countertop and it's horrible looking. Twelve grand and it's the worst kitchen we've ever seen. The doors are not hung evenly. They did not remove the brand new vinyl plank floors as discussed. It voids the warranty. They didn't even install the cabinets offer the stove properly. It required shifting everything 7 inches. They don't sand the countertops. I emailed you several times and you only indicated you would set it up for assessment. Why did we give you all of that install money? The installer didn't get even half of what we paid. No wonder you refuse people refunds on installs. We couldn't get our money back even before the installer did any work. It's because that was more profit for you. Its obvious we paid at least twice as much as the cabinets you sent are worth. Bait and switch. You got us. And anyone who has shopped you. Even your good reviews are not aware tg st were ripped off.
