  1/10 – Do Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with this water restoration company. From the start, communication was poor and timelines were not clearly explained. The crew arrived late and possibly high on pot on occasions, and the work area was left messy at the end of each day. More concerning was the lack of professionalism on site. The team did not seem organized, and I felt like my concerns about moisture levels and proper drying procedures were not taken seriously. I had to repeatedly follow up for updates, and even then, I didn’t feel confident the job was being handled correctly. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable and professional restoration services. Sincerely, Maple

  I had water damage and mold growth from a leak in my home from what was initially thought from a dishwasher. I contacted RestoPros because I needed help with water damage and mold mitigation services. From the 1st visit to the last visit, all involved have been nothing but professional, courteous and informative about my issue. They were instrumental in helping to find the leak, which ended up being in the slab under the kitchen sink area. Kevin, Bryan and CJ were very helpful from the initial consultation and evaluation to the demolition, cleanup and mitigation work. I was impressed with how well they worked along with the plumbing company I had come out to repair the leak and each appointment arrival was prompt and efficiently handled. I want to say thanks to Kevin, Bryan and CJ for being so helpful and making this process as stress free as possible.
