  I can't emphasize enough how exceptional Balanced Garage Doors truly is. After my belt broke, I called on Thursday night and by Friday morning, my garage door was fully repaired. Spencer was fantastic—he clearly explained how everything works and provided honest options. The entire process was quick, professional, and seamless. Their service is consistently reliable, and the workmanship is top-notch. I highly recommend them!

  I was serviced by Sean and he was awesome. He is very very experienced and knowledgable. Which allowed him to be very quick with my service. He was very kind and I would highly recommend having your garage door serviced by this gentleman.

  I have always had a great experience with this company. The staff is very professional and gets the job done. Spencer is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Balance if you are having issues with your garage door or opener.

  The technician who answered my service request, whose name is Kwon, was extremely professional and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and immediately repair it. I was very pleased with the level of service and I will request to have Kwon be the technician to service my garage doors and openers in the future. His demeanor and his work ethic have earned my trust and he will be the only technician I want servicing my garage doors and openers. Thank you Kwon for your help and for being so polite, so personable and very respectful!!

  Everything was taken care of the same day! We called in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The repairman, Mike, was great! He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy. I would highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors!
