  “I interviewed a number of well known window companies & found Window World to be the best value. From a sales standpoint they ranked at the top of those I spoke with. Chuck was very knowledgeable, professional & client centric. He not only knew more than the others but his presentation was thorough, concise & easy to follow. Installation wise (P4) Kevin & Bryan arrived on time, did their work, addressed all of my questions & concerns throughout the installation process & were very respectful of our home. They removed all of the trash & debris & left our home as clean as they found it. Service wise, I received a number of calls checking on how the sales meeting went, updating me on the status of our window order & scheduling the install. I also received a call from the Project Mgr once the work began to be sure that everything was going as expected & leaving me his contact info should I need to reach him. I then received a call after the work was completed to be sure that all went well & that I was satisfied. I am very pleased with Window World. The people, the process, the client experience & last but not least the cost. I highly recommend Window World. Job well done!”

  Jason and Edwin’s crew exceeded our expectations in installing our vinyl windows. From the time they arrived they made us feel comfortable with their experience and knowledge. When Edwin noticed issues on the site he discussed them with me instead of making an assumption. The quality of the work was exceptional and they were very professional. They treated my property with care and left everything clean. I would recommend this crew to my family and friends. They did a terrific job!!!

  We have had our windows in for approximately one year. Every time I pull up to my house I just smile. Each time I open my windows up to let the fresh air in, and I see the screens protecting against the bugs,I smile. My numerous transactions with Window World have been very satisfying. The people that work there are phenomenal. You will be pleasantly surprised. And I brag about the price that I paid. I think I got a phenomenal deal for the quality of windows that I received. And then I smile again.

  Kyler was professional and respectful of my time during the initial meeting and estimating process. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner and worked with me to get the project going. Rafael was fantastic!!! He kept the job moving along. I appreciated his updating me on progress and his handling of the installation process. Very nice to work with. Aaron was also great about keeping me informed of job progress and what would be taken care of. Great project manager!!! Glad to have had Kyler, Rafael and Aaron on my job. Thank you!!!

  We were referred to Window World from a friend that had recently used them. He got us in contact with Shane Daily. With a quick phone call Shane had us on his schedule for an estimate to replace our original windows on our 1995 home. He showed up when he said he would, showed us a demo window , explained all the color, glass and trim options available to us. He gave us personal opinions on our concerns,wants and needs for our new windows. After he measured each window we sat down to discuss the estimate. There were no hidden disclosures just a straight forward process. Once our windows were built, the office called to get the install scheduled. The day of install, Rafael and his team showed up and installed all of our windows in about 5.5 hrs. They did amazing work and we are thrilled. They cleaned up all debris inside and outside our home leaving absolutely no mess and then cleaned every window. Over all everything went so smoothly, all we had to do was just sit and enjoy our new windows that we so desperately needed. I highly recommend Window World of Atlanta.
