  We recently hired SuperiorPro to paint the exterior of our house, and they did an excellent job! Starting with the process of getting our quote with Ian, all the way through clean-up at the end, they were professional and courteous. Ian was very knowledgable and easy to work with. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of using certain products, and took the time to answer questions in detail. Andy, the project manager, along with Leo and his team, gave a lot of attention to detail, were polite, and completed the project in a very timely manner. Every day, they left the areas around our house immaculate. They even did a fantastic job on our deck which wasn’t a typical paint job and needed special attention. Our house looks great, and was reasonably priced, so we would definitely call them again with any future needs… and we’d highly recommend them to anyone!

  My Wife and I hired Superior Pro to come out and paint the Stringers, Risers, and Newel Post on the new Stairs which we just had installed, along with the Foyer and Stair walls. This was done as a part of a larger project which included replacing the stairs and the installing laminate flooring in the Foyer and Dining Room. We have been long time customers of Superior Pro and have never been disappointed. In the past, they have replaced siding, painted the exterior of our house multiple times, replaced our windows, and removed wallpaper and painted the whole downstairs, Our Sales Representative, David, was very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions drawn from his vast experience. Our Project Manager, Andy, came by at the start of the painting to make sure that the crew knew what exactly what needed to be done. Both were always available to answer any questions that we had. The crew did an excellent job! Everything was perfect! They arrived on time and completed it the same day. The Stringers, Risers, and Newel Post on the stairs are beautiful as are the walls and trims in the Foyer and Stair Well. It was all done on time and on budget with no problems or drama. All we had to do was to stay out of the way and wait for the final results. We were not disappointed. It was easy and stress free. For all of our future painting needs, Superior Pro will definitely continue to be our provider. Tom

  Great company to work with, from the salesman to the support staff, to the installers to quality control - we are very happy with the final result! The quality of the windows is top notch, and all personnel have been of the highest quality, too. We highly recommend SuperiorPro!

  Superior Pro came out to give us a quote on replacing window jamb liners for four double hung windows - nothing crazy. The sales guy proceeds to tell us that we would need to replace the bottom window sash for each window (but not the entire window). This was a bit of a red flag because it was contrary to what other window companies advised. Before quoting us, the sales guy tells us that Superior Pro is not like other companies and then tells us he has to give us the sales pitch before he can give us our quote. Gives us a quote for ~$7,500. I'm not a window expert but the quote was insane and we were definitely being oversold for something we didn't otherwise need. The quote itself didnt have transparency with regard to costs of the parts, labor, etc.. It was just a number - also a red flag. Overall, I wasnt thrilled with our experience, the sales guy was nice but he didnt really seem to know what he was doing, in combination with trying to over sell us on more than we needed. We ultimately will not be proceeding with Superior Pro for our job.
