  Had an excellent experience with an emergency repair that needed done. Dylan was knowledgeable and cared about doing the work professionally while incorporating what was best for me. He and Mark completed and 'outside the box' repair without complaints and even brought kindness and laughter to the whole situation. This is my second experience with Reliable for plumbing and I would highly recommend. (I made the request for service at 4am and the work was completed that day)

  We recently had Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical install an EV charger along with several additional electrical outlets in our garage for security cameras and a refrigerator, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We’ve been using Reliable for all of our home needs—electrical, plumbing, and AC—since 2016, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service every time. From start to finish, everything on this project was handled professionally and efficiently. Joseph Banister did an outstanding job—his attention to detail, knowledge, and workmanship were top-notch. He took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and safely, and he clearly takes pride in his work. What really stood out was how clean and organized everything was when he finished. The garage looked just as good as it did before he started—honestly, you’d never even know work had been done. If you’re looking for high-quality electrical work and a team that truly respects your home, we highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air. Great service, great people, and excellent results.

  I had a serious leak in my main line. I did not know what company to call. My neighbor highly recommended Reliable. I took her word and called them. I am so happy I did. From the first call to the time the plumber arrived everyone was polite, concerned, and proffessional. I will no longer loose sleep over a plumbing problem because I know who to call, "RELIABLE". A special word of Thanks to my service tech Blake Cannon. Blake took the time to answer all my questions and to help me understand how my system works. I am now an informed and permanent Reliable Customer. Note: Photos show repair/replacement. Old Part on Left and New Part on Right.

  I thought I had a big gas leak inside my furnace. Jackson was the service technician who came to assist me with my furnace issue. After he checked it all out, he found that the leak was small and on the pipe leading into my furnace. He was able to fix the gas leak within a few minutes. After fixing it, my furnace still would not turn on. He discovered that it’s possibly an electrical issue in the outlet on the wall that my furnace plugs into. Jackson was very professional and respectful. I tend to ask questions so I will know more about what’s happening with my appliances, and he was very nice about telling me what could be the problem. He offered to call his office to set up an appointment for their electrician to come check out my problem. I now have an appointment for Monday afternoon to see what needs to be done to get my furnace working. Thank you Jackson! Reliable Heating & Air is very lucky to have you working for them.

  Avoid them if you care about honesty. The plumbers and upper management are great, good people. The middle management and dispatchers that you will be dealing with are terrible. They lied to me multiple times, made promises they didn’t keep, and did anything they could to get the plumber back to home. The middle management avoids all accountability and doesn’t tell their plumbers the things they tell the customers. They let the plumbers deal with the fallout of their lies. It’s not fair to the guys actually doing the work. Upper management did seem to care and offered to discount the services for me but out of principle I couldn’t do it. Don’t give these guys money until they fix their middle management. UPDATE: they called me asking me to change my review 6 days after I left this 1 star review.
